Join Mark for a weekend of butt kicking, life changing, mind altering, no-holds-barred, super sexy Yoga practice. Mark will guide you through a progressively challenging series designed to help you unlock the body from its bonds and his in own words…”bring the sexy!”
Come join us as we welcome Mark back to the seat of the teacher!
