YOGA PARTY! SATURDAY NIGHT IN STUDIO CITY (Yoga, Music, Chant, Dance, Food, Drink...Fun!)

Kirtan Chanting and Ecstatic Dancing with Temple Bhajan Band
followed by a Party featuring
Indian Food from Govinda’s Natural Foods Restaurant
Dance Music, Door Prizes and Drinks (BYO)

It’s a YOGA PARTY! Join us for a full evening of yogic fun, delight and bliss! A power yoga class with Steven Vincent* will get the night warmed up. We'll enjoy the instrumental sounds of the Temple Bhajan Band during the class and then following a short meditation, the band will lead us in some Kirtan (call and response chanting) and then we’ll cut loose with some Ecstatic dancing (lots of fun and very invigorating).

The night will still be young and we will enjoy some delicious Indian food from Govinda’s restaurant . There will also be fun door prizes and drinks (bring your own, please!). And of course the opportunity to meet and socialize with other yogis and yoginis and teachers and the crew of Mark Blanchard’s Power Yoga, our host for the night’s festivities. And I am personally looking forward to catching up with all my yoga friends! Namaste!

*(Please note that my class at Mark Blanchard's Power Yoga is challenging...if you don’t normally take a power flow style class, give it a try and come and do what you can, or join us later at 8:15 for the rest of the Party)
