All classes are based on Vinyasa Flow (movement with breath), the most physical form of Yoga. It’s
an amazing way to break a sweat, release toxins and burn up to 800 calories in a single 90 minute session.
Suggestions
• Do not eat 2.5 hours before class, but be well-nourished and hydrated.
• Do not drink during class.
• Please refrain from wearing perfume or scents.
• Wear comfortable clothing that allows for free movement.
• No pagers or cell phones in class.
