Saturdays 1:30 - 3:30pm & Sundays 1-3:30pm
Anatomy lecture and CPR certification

Whether you’re a student who wants to take their practice to a new level or an aspiring teacher, this workshop is for you!

Emphasis will be placed on creating your own practice with logical sequencing, inspirational teaching, and proper adjustment techniques.

Deepen your awareness not only of your physical body, but how it relates to your spiritual and mental body as well.

**if you are interested in teaching, it will be required that you take
Mark & Elizabeth’s class 6 times each during the program. There will be an exam at the end of the course

Cost: $1600 which includes 3 months unlimited yoga ($390 value)

Deposits: $800 due Nov 1st to guarantee a spot
Add’l due Nov.. 15th
